VISUAL IDENTITY: BRISTOL ATHLETICS
BRIEF
Our very first Module on My Graphic Design Course at City of Bristol college Green campus. This i received a distinction for and so i was very proud. This acheivement gave me an insight in my skills at that current time and gave me an idea of what standards to jump from, knowing in the back of my mind the level of expectation and depth of research was to increase as each module progressed.
It took me a long time to pass through ideas to eventually arrive at my final destination. The club 'Bristol athletics' was purely based on a concept. I passed through around 7 ideas until i made a disciplined decision to develop my final idea. From this i was confident in creating the rest of the outcomes. 9 outcomes where required. These were:
LOGO
POSTCARDS
A3 POSTER
Visual concept app
Visual concept website
TRIFOLD
LEAFLET
BUSINESS
CARD
OUTDOOR
ADVERTISING
A4 MEMBERSHIP
LETTERHEAD

Here is the Design idea creation, process, elimination and final decision from start to finish.

An extra Bonus i created a year later from finishing my course. Using a Adobe photoshop mockup file, i utlitized my new found skills and created this piece of work. Bristol Athletics sportswear.
Below is the club presented with their logo painted on the wall. Any panels and plastic fascia's too are in line with the colour pallet. One addition i would add to the grounds design is to add the material of the running track to the paths leading to the entrance door.
